About this tool
Admissions offices, employers and government departments increasingly ask for documents 'in a single PDF' — your matric result card, intermediate certificate, CNIC front and back and domicile, all in one file rather than four loose photos. This tool does exactly that: pick several JPG or PNG images, and it builds one tidy PDF with each image on its own page, in the order you selected them. Choose A4 pages for formal submissions, which centres each scan neatly on a standard sheet, or 'fit to image' when the PDF should match the photo dimensions exactly. The whole job runs in your browser, so scans of identity documents are never uploaded to a stranger's server.
How to use it
- Click the picker and select all the images you need — on most phones and computers you can select several at once.
- Check the order: pages appear in the PDF in the order the files were selected.
- Choose A4 for application documents, or 'Fit to image' for a PDF that mirrors your photos exactly.
- Press 'Create PDF', let the download start, then open the PDF once to confirm every page is clear before submitting it.
Where it is used
- Students submitting scanned certificates for university admissions as one PDF.
- Job applicants combining CNIC, degrees and experience letters for an HR portal.
- Anyone emailing several phone photos of a document as a single professional attachment.
- Teachers and offices turning photographed register pages or forms into an archivable PDF.
Tips for a better result
Photograph each document flat, in daylight, with all four corners visible and no fingers or shadows — the PDF can only be as good as the photos inside it. If the finished PDF is too large for a portal, compress the photos first with our 100KB compressor and then rebuild the PDF; the text will usually stay readable. Name the final file clearly, for example 'Talha-Documents.pdf', because many portals display the file name to the officer who reviews it.
